I love to bake, and have a group of buddies that get together and make caramel apples every year at Christmas time.  When my buddies came to Fairhope, we took a class at the Fairhope Chocolate Shop, letting Chef Jules show us her gourmet methods of caramel apple making!  An amazing afternoon making apples with fresh homemade caramel, and delectable chocolate.  All six of us loved it and will go back again.  And the caramel apples – beautiful, delicious, and HUGE!!!
